Learn English like you play a game
The hardest part of learning a language is not starting, it is coming back the next day. English Town uses what makes games engaging to keep that habit going, but everything you do in the game is speaking and listening to English.
What is in the town
- A pixel-art map with a coffee shop, hotel, train station, pharmacy, supermarket, lake, temple and plenty of people on the street to talk to.
- Quest board: daily quests, coin rewards, learning streaks and milestone rewards.
- Clothes shop: design your own character and upgrade your outfit with coins.
- Pet shop: raise a pet that follows you around town. Remember to feed it!
- Arena and arcade: word duels, Street Run, Zombie Typing.
- Other players walking the same map, with chat rooms by language.
Made for adults
The situations in the game are adult life: work, travel, seeing a doctor, renting a room. Sessions are short, a few minutes each, so they fit a wait for the bus or a lunch break.
